Canada is a good market. Its sort of spread out but the West coast, Vancouver, Toronto (GTA), Montreal etc, is good. Also, Germany, France, UK and Europe in general is very good.
I think the disposable ERA is done. ...as far away places move closer to home. Heck, I can fly to Lisbon for the same time it takes to fly to LA. Almost.

What are you selling (wholesale t-shirts or just one at a time to customers)?
There's not much to know. You just take the order as usual, process the payment as usual and ship the order to the customer.
When shipping through USPS, there's some customs forms that you have to fill out.
Canada is a great test market due mostly to their ease on customs and shipping time. Make sure to thoroughly check on shipping prices so you're not eating profit by not charging enough.
