Fulfillment is when a customer places an order with you and you get it done....and they pick it up. It can also mean that, say you need 144 shirts from a company and they only have 120 in stock. They couldn't fill your order for you so you need to find the product elsewere.

What is fulfillment? I've seen it around the forums here but i don't know what it means. Any help?
With our business, fulfillment means the following. You take the order from your customer, we create the order for you, then ship the order to your customer using your shipping labels. Basically, you do the marketing, take the order and provide customer service to your customer. The fulfillment company creates the actual product for your company.
