Question Ways to help find a work space to rent?

I'm looking for a work space here in Philadelphia and aren't having much luck. If anyone who has a proper commercially-zoned work space and might have tips for finding one, please let me know. I'm stuck printing in a laundry room and my demand is taking off, I have to grow with it.
Thanks in advance

Yes I've been watching craigslist for a while but haven't seen much where I want to be.

I did find a garage for rent of decent size. Does anyone rent a garage space to work out of?

Sorry I wasn't more clear. I talked to my current landlord and he gave me some realtors to call up, so I did. I also found a large list of realtors online and called them all, but mostly only did apartments, some store fronts. Googling hasn't helped.

I did find a garage on craigslist tho and just now set up a meeting to see it tomorrow. It used to be a screen printing shop it turns out. So i might be set...
