I recently spoke to guys in South Africas that own the right to producing band t-shirt ect for epitaph records (big punk, metal label).

How does this work?
Do you guys think its the right thing to do to get guys in across the globe that produces your label in their home countries with you taking your cut on sales?

How does the lisencing thing work anyway?

the easy way is with a hand shake. yeeeks! jk



a simple version that works well is setting an amount $$$$, get paid out front, term = for period such as 1 year, with options to re-new.
