Hi just wanna get some opinions.

If you have a small brand moving around 2000shirt /caps ect per month in 10countries each:

A) is it better to produce say 20 000shirt at one base production facility and distro them to each country (lot of stuff to do for export, shipping, extra costs involved) or

B) Do you make your 2000shirts caps ect locally in every country your brand sells?

Any Ideas or other ways to go are welcome

you really need to look into and research all the variables involved.


some are,


manufacturing costs
workforce
taxes
regulations
raw materials

etc, etc, per zone.
