Question Vintage wear for Urban

Hey Guys,
I'm having trouble deciding whether this might work?
I specialize in Heavyweight Blanks for Urban hip hop wear but
planning on going forward w/ lighter weight ( High End) vintage wear for Hip Hop lovers.
I've knitted 30/1 ring spun (4.7oz.) and looks good w/ the print,
but would this vintage line work with Hip Hop market?
Has anyone tried this before?
I've seen the other Urban leading brands but
it seems no one has tried...
If you seen it, let me plz.
Thanks..

Shaka Kay

Default Re: Vintage wear for Urban

Hey Kay, I think it will depend on which "end" of the urban/hip hop market you sell to.

For example, there are high end clothing lines that cater to the hip hop market and have lighter weight/vintage style tees with some of the vector/skulls/flourish type designs on them.

There are also parts of the urban/hip hop market that prefer the oversized, tall tees with slogans or 1-2 color designs on them.

What is the weight of your 30/1 ringspun in ounces?
