Question Would this be legal?
Hi Guys..

Got a question..

What would my position be if i was to put the image (attached) onto a t shirt? DMM is a manufacturer of climbing equipment. The way DMM is displayed is how they display it!

any thoughts?

Selling it? Illegal (infringement, unauthorized reproduction, etc.)

Personal use? Illegal... but whose going to know?

I'm sure they have their logo trademarked. You really should talk to a lawyer if you're serious about doing this.
