Hello Evryone I Am Trying To Figure Out What The Average Wholesale Price Is On A T-shirt With A Discharge Design? I Live In Southern California And I Am Getting Ready To Launch A New Clothing Line, And I Am Trying To Figure Out What The Wholesale Price Should Be When I Offer Them To Retail Stores. Also Is Consinment A Good Idea? Thanks For The Help.

I've done consignment a couple times with mixed results. One place did great and we did lots of reorders. They even helped with taking inventory and letting us know when we needed to get more items in. The second place didn't seem to care as they didn't have any money tied up. We lost merchandise and it was generally a bad experience. So, I guess it just depends on the place and people where you do the consigning.

The wholesale price is generall 2x your cost of making the shirt. So if it costs you $5 to make a shirt, your wholesale price should be around $10, and the store will sell for $20+.
