Do: Read plenty of posts on the forum
Don't: Take everything you read at face value

Do: Come up with a business plan
Don't: Polish it to the exclusion of acting on it

I would say do a lot of research and try to figure out what is practical for your situation as far as a printing method goes.

Also make sure you know your target market really well.

Not so sure about the shirt Ind. Here in Japan. Just got into the idea of making shirts because I needed some for my band. But when I started to research more a got intertested. Now Im thinking of starting something here.

What i found so for... Its alot more expensive here. Almost twice. Ink is through the roof. And finding supplies can by tricky. I have to learn alot of new vocab.

Has anyone started by just making some shirts for fun, then turned it into a business after a year?

Thats how I might start.
