 Impatient company FYI only
This is just FYI - I posted it on another list and someone recommended I post here. It is my error, but was surely a wake-up call!! I ordered some samples from WICKid (Northfield Trading Co.) and received them the middle of Dec. I must have missed the billing in the box but never received an invoice in the mail or a statement indicating it was due OR past due. I realize it was my error - and I should have gone looking - remembered I'd not been billed... something. My excuse is I was really busy about then and I use a credit card virtually 99% of the time and assumed I had here also. (Who mails stuff to someone they don't know - with no cc. on file???)
Last week I received notification from a collection agency!!! The
bill for 16.66 was due 1-5-07. By my calculations they turned that over at barely 45 days!! Yes, I've paid it, yes it's on my record! Pi**es me off - and for under 20 bucks no less!!!!!
Don't make the same mistake with this company! They obviously
take no prisoners, lol.

Reason: I received a call from the company today that said it was NOT a collection agency but the business that does their invoicing.
