Default Copyrighting a collection

Hello ya'll,
I am trying to register a group of illustrations that I am going to be using for T shirts. They are digital files - not on shirts yet. Also, I am very adept at Photoshop and Illustrator ( source for the illustrations) and have created contact sheets. This is going to sound stupid, but please bare with me, I am filling out the application through Acrobat, on my computer ( downloaded the VA form from the .gov site - sweet that it's editable). I gave the work a title. Is that really it? Does the mere fact that I called it a "blah, blah collective" (not the real title) and I will include a CD and printed (? - or just the digital )contact sheet make it a collection? Also, so far, I put the title in the "title" window. Should I blank that and put it in the "Publication as Contribution" window instead because it mentions "Title of Collective Work" there? I know I probably sound like a dope and it's all semantics, but I just don't want to get this thing back in the mail because it was filled out wrong. No pressure, but could you respond kinda quickly - want t get it in the mail today. Thanks so much in advance - Mike D

I believe that's it. Could be wrong, but it's what I just did. Maybe someone has better info.
