Default Copyrighting a collection, copyright

Help,
I have a group of designs that I would like to copyright. They are in bxw and color. Can I save them onto a CD, list them on the addendum form to VA or do I need to print out each one in addition to the CD? Are contact sheets of the designs sufficient in leau of prints? Do they have to be printed in color or can the prints (whether it be contact sheets or regular prints) be bxw? I've tried looking on the copyright website and they do appear to accept CDs, but they seem to saying that they need prints also. Tried calling them several times, but can't get though. If you can help, that would be greatly appreciated. You can also hit me back @ if you wish.
Thanks in advance - Mike

Mike D,

Use form VA, enter the title of your collection in section 1, all your info in section 2, the other sections are self explanatory. Because you are filing your work as a collection, contact sheets are fine. (Include your title on the contact sheet). If you offer designs in color and b&w, send in color and b&w contact sheets along with the CD. You don't need a separate print for each design. If you file that way, you will pay to register each design independently which is far more $$$$.
