OK, we do a lot of shirts for corporations. Your basic logo on left chest. We sometimes do shirts for retirement parties, weddings, birthdays and bar mitzvahs, too.

Not long ago we did a t-shirt for a funeral. It had a picture of the deceased on the front with "In loving memory of..." on the back. We printed something like 300 of these. Even stranger, we did a re-order for it a few months later for another 150 or so. (huh? did they have another funeral?) Not to mention it was compressed into the shape of a heart (we do compressed t-shirts).

I can't imagine that many people at my funeral all wearing my face on their chest. I hope that person had a good sense of humor!

That's my strangest shirt story, what's yours? I'm hoping for some good ones!

Can't say that I have a story like this to share (yet) but yours is quite interesting! Perhaps it shows that another market should be tapped - the funeral market.

I've read some interesting things about the change of funerals in this day vs. in the past. I could see doing something like this for my family - having shirts made in advance for them to wear at a fun outing because I do not plan to have a funeral.

I'm curious to see the next person's story!

I'm not sure what to do...Death in the family
Memorial t-shirts

I'm just getting started, but recently my wife and I did t-shirts for our daughter's Birthday/Sleepover. There were only four girls and we made t-shirts of them as Bratz dolls. We took some artwork and restyled it to their personality and hair color and such and put their names on it. They loved it.

I did something like this for my niece recently. Her birthday theme was "The Amazing Birthday Party Race" so i made a few shirts that looked like it was from the TV show for her and her friends to wear as they went on a big scavenger hunt all over town. I can't wait till my daughter is old enough for this stuff!

C'mon, there's got to be more stories!

I dont think of any designs I have come up with or printed, strange, but I will say definitely an eye catcher.

My first two designs were two nude women embracing each other. I have sold many of these.

I also printed a tshirt for a funeral with the young male's pic. He was murdered. He offten used a slogan which I found offensive but printed it per his girl's request. Never knew how she found this positive, but he was an activist so there was a message with the slogan and it wasnt my business to ask. She paid me well for it.

I will design and print anything...well within reason of course.

strange is so fantastic for a tshirt, i'm looking for strange tees! the ones i design are not really strange like in a funeral way, but totally random. i'd like to think that when people see some tshirts, they will think, 'why on earth would someone put that on a tshirt?' i dont have many in my shop yet, but it's early days! odditees

We live in Duck, WV. The local store wanted some t-shirts made and this is the saying we used on the back:

M R DUCKS
M R NOT
O S A R
C M WANGS
L I B
A R DUCKS!

Redneck translation: Them are ducks
Them are not
Oh yes they are
Well I'll be
They are ducks!

Try ordering that from a heat transfer company. They called the order Mr. Duck. It is just a little play on words. Small town humor. Top that.
