What are the legal requirements for collecting for charities on-line? I have 5 or 6 shirts for which the profits will be going to specific charities. All donations will be fully documented (for the tax man etc), but are there any legal restrictions on-line? I plan on making a donation record avalible to anyone upon request, should they want.

Any ideas?

I believe some charities won't allow you to use their name unless you are going to donate a certain amount. Unfortunately I don't know much about the details, but I believe it can potentially get you into trouble. Something to look into anyway.
