Default Best printing method for this design....

Hi,
I follow this forum quite often, but I'm stuck and could do with some help!
I have a few designs which feature grungy, paint splatter and glow effects.

Currently we use transfer paper (ironall & jetwear for darks).

I'd like to have some of these on dark garments (mainly black) but am aware that it'd require a hell of a lot of cutting out and still wouldn't look quite right.
So my question is what'd be the best option for us?; with the obvious point we want to keep outgoings to a minimum.

Thanks in advance!

i'd suggest screen printing but if you aren't producing many units you may want to look at DTG.

Thanks for the reply!
Hmm yes we have been considering dtg, quite a hefty investment though.

Can you post a mockup? I'm not sure what you mean by glow effects. DTG may or may not be able to print those effects..

i believe he was referring to 'an outer glow effect' rather then glow in the dark ink. Can you get glow in the dark ink for DTG?
If it's just a spatter effect or gradient DTG should handle that fine.
