I just recently found out about Emptees.com and i am interested in knowing if anyone has purchased artwork from artists there before? If so how did it go? I notice most artists don't put a price on the art, what are the artists usually charging? If i have to submit an amount to the artist i would not want to insult them nor would i want to overpay. Also, do you get full out rights to the design you purchase? Thanks for any info and or help!

The artists I work with give me a quote from the information I give them on what I need drawn up. Once we agree to a price,they send a rough sketch and if it is the first time working with them, they will probably want some kind of deposit before they go any further with the artwork. I usually get 1-2 changes at no extra cost on artwork before final approval, as long as they aren't major changes. I usually pay them through paypal, once they get the funds, they e-mail the artwork in the format we decided to go with. You paid the artist for the work done, so it is yours to do with as you wish and you own the rights to it.

really depends on complexity of design, I've paid as low as 10.00 and as high as 500.00.
