I need help with coming up with a catchy company name for my T-Shirt Line I have been designing. I had a name picked out but after researching it I found out that a lot of T-Shirt lines already use this name.
I would like to have something catchy and unique that really stands out from the crowd.
I have been designing a Tattoo inspired clothing line that will be high fashion couture. But now I'm back at the drawing board when it comes down to the name.
I would really appreciate any suggestions on names that you guys can come up with.
Flying Spider Monkey Clothing! ... I don't know, it would help if you showed us what your work looks like, kind of hard to suggest names out of the blue.

Flying Spider Monkey Clothing.. eventually, somebody is gonna use it!
I can reel off some random names, but this is your brand. And down the road, you'll eventually regret not coming up with the name yourself.
But here's something to help get your mind going...
Think about who your target market is. Picture that person wearing your shirt. What type of characteristics does this person have? What do they look like? Where are they going? What type of music do they listen too? Ask yourself more of these types of questions. Start writing down words that answer these questions. Before you know it, your brand name will be staring up at you.
Tim gave you an excellent method, which you should try. Here are some more thoughts, on techniques.
While not a great wordsmith, in the past 50 years I have written a bit. Trust me, creative blocks are not uncommon. Sometimes, you just have to plough through it…with quantity.
The biggest roadblock to creative words is looking for the “perfect” ones, as you write. Believe it or not, this often stifles creativity. Your mind doesn’t reach out as far, thinking of singular words.
Here’s one technique I use. Try sitting down and just writing/typing words and phrases in rapid succession, as they occur to you. Shoot for a high number, like 20-30. The most important thing in this exercise it to not reject any words, no matter how weird or implausible.
After you are finished, go back and look at the words and phrases and also different combinations of them. You may find some gems. Often, the subconscious mind pulls something out, which the conscious mind would not.
Good Luck.

I had the same problem in the beginning. All of the names I selected were limited to my niche target group. However, I want to eventually branch off into other jobs, schools, churches, corporate, etc. Therefore, I decided to create a parent company and then have the other companies fall under it. That way I could go w/my original company name. Still having the catchy-i-ness (haha...is that a word?) you mentioned earlier. Send over a list of names you've come up with thus far and perhaps the rest of the us can help you build off of that. Good luck!
Lots of good suggestions. My only suggestions is a quote I got from a trade show years ago “What you do, is more important than who you are”. At first I had named my business “McBryde Enterprises” That’s great but no one knew what I did. I changed it to McBryde Website Design and removed all the questions.
I would also suggest whatever you choose, make sure you can register it as a .com domain name and register it.
OK I got 2 suggestions. Think about what someone would enter into a search engine if they were trying to find your product. You mentioned “Tattoo and high fashion” in your post. Make a list and pick the best words. Then try to work them into your business name.
i had the same problem when choosing a name. i would come up with what i thought was a good name and then discover that many of the domain combos including that name were taken-frustrating. finally decided to go with something simple with an easily identifiable logo. after all the brainstorming, i am happy with what i choose.
