Default Quality T-Shirt Recommendation

So I'm not a printer, but rather from a clothing brand standpoint, what is a good quality t-shirt?

A couple of things I know... I used Alstyle 1701 and while I was generally happy about the feel, the fit was slightly less than average and with my experience, they shrink a lot. I have in my hands a Hanes Beefy-T and it feels pretty good, but it's a little boxy.

I guess what I'm looking for is something with a little weight and maybe a little fit (not too boxy). AA just is too light for what I am looking for.

Any suggestions? Thanks everyone.

I haven't seen any 5oz slim fits around. I have read about interest here from others. You would think someone would come out with one.

Good point... perhaps any recommendations on quality 5.x or higher shirts? I don't want the super heavy weight though. Thanks yall!
