How does the size of citylab and galaxy compare to the size of footlocker tall tees? I usually get a xl or xxl in footlocker, so which size would I want in galaxy or citylab?

im looking for the opposite, i usually buy XL tall footlocker tees but i want one thats not as tall maybe 2-3in shorter and skinner like a large but without real short sleeves. i bought a large tall footlocker tee it was about 3in longer and the sleeve was a lot shorter who would design them this way?
