Default Is it supposed to be this way?(Spreadshirt purchase)

I received my first Spreadshirt T-shirt yesterday and I'm not 100% satisfied with the quality of the print. Is it really supposed to be this way? As you can see its a clearlt visable edge around the prints. And this is only my Nokia N85 camera. It's even worse in reality

Spreadshirt print quality is poor
In this thread they complained about terrible cutting but here there is no cutting at all.

Have you washed the shirt yet?

I can't tell from the photo if that's a polymer window from a heat transfer, or just a compression mark from the heat press from when vinyl was applied. I'm guessing the latter though, in which case it should come good after a wash or two.

I agree with Lewis, it just looks like the indentation left by the backing sheet, hang it up and spray a light mist of water over it or iron it inside out, it should go.

CreativeNickname...it looks like the product used the Digital Transfer process, where the design is first printed on transfer paper, then pressed onto the product. This process can leave this impression, but may wash out, so you can try that.

We do offer a new print method Digital Direct, where such an imprint would not appear, however this process is only available for select products.

What product is this printed on? Also, is the design just text based? It looks like it could be a great candidate for our Plot Printing process, which uses vector design. You would avoid the imprint and actually expand the possibilities of the design, as it could print in flock, flex, or specialty materials.

If you are not satisfied with the product, then you can contact our Service team and they can help you with your order.
