Does anyone know where it is possible to purchase music merchandise tees (you know the ones that you can buy at concerts and often order off the bands website) in larger sizes? They usually only go up to XL but I'm in need of 3XL-4XL. Or do I have to make my own?

The market for sizes this large is so small, unless they are for sale on the band's official site they probably don't exist.

If you're looking for retail (like, to buy shirts for yourself from) then Hot Topic sell a lot of music shirts, some of which go to 3XL. Megadeth / Metallica / Evanescence seems to cut out at a 2XL (at the moment anyway), but they do have other similar bands (System of a Down, Slipknot, ICP, Misfits, etc. etc.) in 3XL if that's of interest.
