Default How can I figure out what Tall-T size fits me?

Im about 5'9 in height and im average weight.. usually for typical t-shirts I get about a large in size but it really depends on the brand... I want to get a tall T so it is about 5 inches below my fingers when my hands are down and at least comes a little past my elbows on the sleeves. Any brand ideas or good places I can go to get these would be helpful info... Thanks (I want the neck not to stretch by the way) (Also I dont want to look too ghetto and have it extremely long or wide I kinda want it to be comfortable yet it looks good on me but not overdone.

Um, perhaps you should looking for a tailor.

If i were to get a tee 5 inches below my fingers it would extend past my knee. It wouldn't be a tee, it would be a dress!
