I got the sizing chart from Anvil, I want to get a bunch of their 323 model but I'm confused with the chart. When it says "Body Width" is it a measurement taken across the chest?
And do you guys know if this style of Tees run small?

Width is a chest measurement.

These are slim fit shirts. If you compare their measurements to that of a basis women's tee, it will give you an idea of the difference.

Order samples first!

Can I order a sample? How does that work because usually I just take my chances and order what I think the client might like, in this case I'm not very sure...

Just order one, in your regular size, and decide on fit yourself.

It's best to combine the sample shirt purchase with a regular order so you don't get killed on shipping.
