Ordering from Oddica was complete bliss. Brian at Oddica replied to all my emails within the same day or w/n 12 hours at the most. He answered all my intrusive questions about where I could get and possibly replicate their awesome packaging.
When I got my T-shirts in the mail, the designs were just as expected, no flaws in printing or t-shirt workmanship. Brian also included a large empty bag with my order as a sample which I thought was super cool. In addition to the sample bag, they included buttons, large stickers, a personalized library cards (one for each tshirt style), tell cards (little square business cards), and postcards....
Excellent Customer Service, highly recommended.
Another good company is run by one of our own, "aerodynamics" (www.breadedup.com). Aero replies to emails and messages very quickly, in addition to sharing a lot of his experiences w/ regards to his t-shirt business. He also ships with stickers, thank you note and goodies to show appreciation, which is a nice touch. I'm looking forward to his fall line.
I should better document my purchases for everyone.
Here are 2 things that really impressed me about each company:
1. Very responsive to their customer (answering all questions in a quick time frame)
2. Willing to go above and beyond to make the purchasing experience memorable by adding extras.

I ordered twice from oddica so far, and I was very impressed. One of the little "finishing touches" that I liked especially were the "library cards" that they included with the order.
My second order was a gift purchase for a friend and I wrote in the order comments that I'd like the "library card" made out to the friend's name (instead of my billing name).
When I got the order, I almost didn't want to open it, because I wanted to show my buddy the quality of the oddica packaging "intact".
After I opened the package, there was ANOTHER sealed package. They included a note in the outer package to reassure me that the sealed package included a library card made out to my friend so I wouldn't have to open it (almost like it was giftwrapped).
Would you be so kind as to tell me what Oddica does? Are they a blank t-shirt manufacturer? screenprinter? private label?

They are by far the leading company presentation department, up there with the best in design, and everything I've heard about their customer service seems superb.

Haha.. You know you like t-shirts just a little too much when you find yourself saying things like that.
I like their Tshirts. The designs are pretty cool IMO. I ordered the "Pandie" and "Snailbot."
Great company. By ordering from them I've learned a lot about what aspects to incorporate into my own company.
The great thing about them is that they're willing to share their ideas and knowledge. They don't hoard or keep things secret, which I admire and intend on emulating.
IMPORTANT: Going above and beyond to satisfy a customer creates a loyal fan base. Sounds like common sense, but you'd be surprised as to how many companies forget this.
