I apologize ahead of time if this has been discussed before. i randomly came across this forum searching google. Im looking for paper thin white tshirts, sort of in an off white color something that looks vintage in a way. It is really hard to describe, so all your comments are more than welcome. thanks ahead of time

Paper thin? Do you mean the amount of pile the shirt has? Or is is something that the shirts are so processed they feel very ultra soft and thin?
I would recommend American Apparel or Alternative Apparel.
im not sure about american apparel ive seen/touched a few of their tshirts non seem to be what im looking for. they have to be super soft and thin with something like an off white color. its hard to explain what im looking for thats why i figured someone on here knew what i wanted.
Alternative's Perfect shirt is really nice. Very thin. Made of Pima cotton. Their Distressed Tee is pretty thin too and has of course the distressed collar and sleeves (kind of a vintage look).
Does anyone know any other companies that make the type of tshirts im looking for? alternative apparel is probably what im going to go with but if those turn out to be not what im looking for i need something else
wow thanks for letting me know about bare apparel i didnt know that, im definitely getting a few of their tshirts to see how they look/feel. they might be what im looking for, thanks ahead of time
Does anyone know of a company called Screen Stars? their tshirts were made in the usa 50% cotton/ 50% polly, i have a vintage tshirt by them and was wondering what happened to the company and if its running under a different name today?

Screen Stars was a Fruit of the Loom brand back in the 70's-80's. As far as I know, they have retired the name. You may want to look at other FOL brands for something identical or at least comparable.
