I have an order for soccer jerseys and I have never done that before. Question: Do I heat press or screen print. My understanding is that the jerseys are 100% polyerster. I thot it will be good to seek guidance from you pros out there. I really appreciate. Also speed is a factor.

if it is polyester you could run into problems with the heatpress melting the jersey, so my vote is screen printing
No, this is nonsense. The flash point of cotton is lower than the melting point of polyester. The melting point of polyester is 490 degrees Fahrenheit. The athletic transfers I use are applied at 325.

you could screen, sublimate or you cut vinyl on polyester.
I guess it depends on your processes you have available and the number of jerseys to determine which one would work best.
