Well i've never had a pro club, or at least i dont think i have, but regardless i usually just flip my shirts inside out-cold wash-hang dry- Well thats for shirts i actually care about, that i dont wanna ruin. so i guess it works pretty well.

Yup, that and don't hang it on a hanger. I didn't have a problem when I used to do that, but I don't like tight necks so I may just have not noticed - it's certainly a piece of advice that comes up from time to time.

I would think with time the collar will adapt to your neck size. The collar being lower could be explained by shrinking. I hp this helps. .... JB

mfg's allow certain level of inconsistencies in each batch they produce. Some are more consistent then others but its not uncommon for one mfg's batch to differ from another on your next order. Just the nature of the business. I've seen as much as a 3" difference in body length on certain brands. That's just poor quality control but also why certain brands are cheaper than others.

I dont like proclub just for that reason, it feels like it is too tight. What I do is pull it a lil bit till I hear it pop then its good. But all the proclubs I have used fit like that 'cept for the pocket tee's and the thinner 5oz shirts.
