Default Really really need help: would a women's t-shirt fit right on a man?

I've found the store that sells my t-shirt which I MUST have.
However the adult male t-shirt is sold out! =/
BUT there is the womens t-shirt available.
Does it really make that much of a difference?
Here are some details about the tee:

I MUST have this t-shirt. I don't mind my tees a little tight anyway..

Please help.

It's hard to say without seeing the t-shirt. Why not just purchase it and then if it doesn't seem to fit or look right when you hold it up, then return it.

Some women's t-shirts have a totally different cut than men's t-shirts, so even the sizing wouldn't tell you the "cut/style" of the shirt.

It says once the packaging has been opened you can't be refunded. I'll also have to pay shipping fees. But yeah I guess you're right.

Thanks for the responses so far.

Can we see the shirt you can't live without?

i'd say your build would make more difference than anything, unless it's one of the more fitted women's tees. you have pretty precise measurements for the can't live without shirt - why not take a shirt that does fit you properly and compare the measurements?? i'd think that neck, armhole and shoulders would be smaller in a women's cut shirt - as well as the sleeves being shorter perhaps...in case you hadn't noticed, we're built a little differently
