Because there are so many different body types that people describe in all types of ways, it's hard to say which sizes you should buy for your group.
The owner of WDUSA has posted here in the forums a few times and seems like a very knowledgeable guy. It might be worth contacting him through the wdusa site to get his recommendation.
There are a number of wholesalers that sell "tall" t-shirts (like proclubinc.com, citylabusa.com and even more general wholesalers like SanMar.com or TSCApparel.com)
