Unhappy freejet freezing up - shirt seemed to go past the sensor

hi all ; need help asap after doing about 18 shirts for a client all of a sudden the machine just froze up . the shirt was put on the shirt board and seemed to go up past the sensor for some reason . I shut it off and now when re starting , the blue light just keeps flashing . I can't move anything by hand . need to finish the job - 16 shirts to go - by middle of next week.
any ideas ? is there a manual over ride to release the board ? thanks, mistermugsy port st lucie florida

Hi Marty,
Did you fix your problem with the Freejet? Sorry I just saw this post.

Hello ; I did not like the Free Jet at all - nothing but trouble ; same with the T Jet .
After arguing with the distributors here in Fla I got most of my money back and got a Brother GT541 . Love it . No comparisons to the others . You really do get what you pay for .
best wishes;
Marty

Hi Marty, I'm glad you are happy now. I have only heard good things about the Brother.
Can you tell me which model FreeJet you had? We never had that issue out here, but we only sold the 320TX, 500TX and FR700TX.
