Default Fol Lofteez

Anyone use the FOL Lofteez 6.0 OZ. tee? If so, do you like them. I need to order some tees in the next couple of days and I was looking at the Gildan 6.1 oz. but received an email regarding a sale on the Lofteez.

That seems to be what I've heard. There isn't much of a difference in price so I will go with Gildan.

I like the lofteez. I actually am not a big fan of the Gildan t-shirts (I seem to be in the minority there).

Nick and I can back you up on that one I think they're okay, but I'm not a big fan (my biggest beef is the sleeves, which I think is Nick's biggest problem with them too). We probably are in the minority though.

FOL's are just too long compared to all the others. Gildan and Jerzees are my fav's. Of course I dont ever wear any unless htey are retagged. In the 10-11 years of doing this I still buy all my t's at the mall

Well, now I wish I had samples. I have experienced people on both sides saying they like and don't like.

Maybe I should settle it the old scientific way. The coin flip.

Yeah, it's mostly a personal preference for me (what I prefer to wear).

As for jobs for others, I've had customers request Gildan specifically and love them. Haven't heard anything bad from customers about them. Good for printing, general use, firefighters, family reunions, bands. They are probably one of the most used shirts for screen printing because they are a good overall shirt.

For me personally, they are just "eh...OK" and a bit scratchy. I'm let down when I see t-shirt designers selling their designs on Gildans. I got some shirts from a pretty well known "band's" site a few days ago and they were relabeled gildans. I could tell when I put it on An awesome design, but slightly dimenished by a Gildan.

So I understand the difference between what I like to wear and what (printing) customers like or the general public likes to wear.

Getting samples is a good idea if the time permits

I still "like" the shirt (gildan garment), I'm just not it's biggest fan I'll still wear it proudly.

I looked in my inventory of shirts and found a few Gildan Activewear Heavy Weight Cotton shirts. I don't think they're the 6.1 oz. but I'll try it on and see what's it's like. Otherwise I'll see if I can get a couple samples from S&S. The shirts don't have to be done until the 26th.

Thanks for your help

It looks like I can't go with the lofteez anyway. I guess there's a guy that is a 5x and lofteez only goes to 4x.
