Ok,
This company has put me through hell and back.
DO NOT order from them.
here's why:

-they have NO customer service... you can email them all you want, they'll never answer ANY of your questions. And when they do email you, it's just copy & pasted answers

-they leave item's up on their website that are long discontinued and still try and sell them THEN they tell you their not availble BUT still leave them up for sale

-their prices are NOT the lowest

-They have this scam going where you pay $10 extra on top of your shipping for boxes, tape and their time spent wrapping the box.
SCAMMMMMMM
Like they wanna get paid ON TOP of getting paid.

WORST COMPANY EVER.
ORDER AT OWN RISK of waisting your time, and trust me, you will waiste hours of your time on this **** site.

Thanks for the info. A customer of mine actually found a style there they are interested in so I checked them out. Their address looks like an office/front and their email addy is a yahoo acct., both red flags. Figured I'd check here about them....suspicion confirmed!

We used them we we started out. They resolved all of our problems by email without issue.

They are more expensive than places like TSC and SanMar but they have no minimums and don't require a sellers permit.

Still think that suite number mailing address and Yahoo email acct. is shady. Also don't like that they are throwing wholesale prices out there on the net so I now have to explain shipping costs and overhead to my customers.

It lead me to signing up with these guys today though, good terms and pricing on a lot of items. Adding them to my supplier rotation

Beware of Royal Apparel. They don't honor their own return policy and even worse yet, the customer service manager in charge of dispensing RTNs (Return Trxn Numbers) lied to my credit card bank to discourage them from processing my credit charge dispute. I'd never use them again under any circumstance.

We tell our customers that we don't use those sites. If they want to buy the shirts there and bring them in that is fine but we are not responsible if the shirts are not 1st quality or for ruined shirts or replacements.

I've used them many times and never an issue, shirts show up in 3 days or less and always what I ordered.
What happened to you exactly
