Default Gildan Center Crease

I'm having the hardest time finding the center crease in the Gildan 5000 shirts. I was at another shop recently and the creases just popped really well.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with our fluorescent lighting.

Does anyone have any advice at all?

I had the same problem yesterday with a few Gildans. I ended up folding the shirt in half and pressing it for about 5 seconds to make my own and it worked out fine, just extra time consuming.

Center Crease..I am lucky if I even get one with a crease. I use Gildan all the time and since I do not use a t-square it, to find the center I fold the shirt in half and press for 5 seconds which makes a crease. This of course is only when I am heat pressing. When I am screen printing I center the shirt on the platen and print.
But if they are suppose to come with a center crease someone needs to tell Broder because I don't get shirts with center creases. It may have a crease in it but most of the time is is sooooooo not centered so I don't rely on that.

It's not actually meant to be a centre crease. It's just a byproduct of the manufacturing process that coincidentally (well, not entirely coincidentally) happens to be near the centre, so screenprinters came to erroneously believe that it was intended for them as an indicator of where the centre is.

In other words, the centre crease isn't.
