Default Oversized Bandannas Needed 36" x 36"?

Does anyone know where I can buy wholesale 36" x 36" bandannas? The largest i've found are 27" x 27". I need them fast! And about 2,300 pieces.

Those aren't bandanas, they're blankets! Who's head is that big?

27 inch is the largest you are going to find. For that size you'll need to have them custom cut and sewn.

Haha, they first wanted 48" x 48".

Now they are settling for 36 x 36, but I figured 27 is the largest I can find without getting them custom made.

Maybe they plan to tie 3 heads together with one bandanna.

Any alternatives maybe?

A tablecloth? Is there soft cotton type digital banner material that can be screen printed on? I am having no luck here. Why are customers so difficult.

Here is one but it doesn't give much info, you may want to call them:

James Country Mercantile Sutler, Liberty, Missouri

Here is someone on Etsy selling one, you may be able to contact them and see if they would be willing to sew them out for you in whichever color you need.

Thanks! I will check them out. I thought about buying rolls of fabric and making them myself, but I think I rather shoot myself in the foot.

If you cant find a vendor, buy a roll of material and hire a seamstress. Bandanas are pretty easy to sew.

I had a customer ask about custom bandanas in a weird shape and the folks at Jerico (in Canada) were able to give me a quote. You may want to contact them and see if they can get them custom made for you.

I've had some sewn up before... it's not a bad way to go. You can just buy ordinary fabric, cut them down to size, print them, then outsource having the edges sewn up correctly. Granted for 2000+ pieces that's going to get a lot more complicated, and a lot more labour intensive, but I could see there being decent margins in it.

I can see why ultimately you'd want to reject the idea. Worth considering though (basically I'm thinking if they can be convinced that the product doesn't exist, but that you can make it happen, maybe they'll pay the premiums needed to make it worth your while - perhaps that's too wishful of thought though).
