Default fabric patches on blanks

Hi,

I posted this question in the genral discussion forum, but I think it may be better suited for this section . . .

I know this is a really niche sort of product, but I am looking for a supplier of blank shirts with a fabric patch stitched to the front. The sample my client wants me to replicate was a heavier weight t-shirt with a square of fabric (same fabric as the shirt) sewn to the front center chest of the garment. Do blanks of this sort exist? Or is this something I would have to have custom made.

Any direction at all would be a huge help.

I haven't seen any blanks like this. You may need to have it customize. Some members on the forum may have seen this, but I surely don't. Another way is probably obtain a sample of the shirt from your customer and take a look at the label who made it, if it's like hanes, gildan or any of regular shirts you can find in your vendor, then the shirt was customize. You would need to get with your any local alteration shop and maybe get a discount by doing a volume with them. Hope this help.

That does help thanks - Good advice - Unfortunately the t-shirt was old and the tag was worn away. No RN # on the inside tag either. I do know that it wasn't a basic blank like hanes, gildan, etc.

Having exhausted most of the resources I know of, I will be getting some pricing on doing them custom. Would still love to know if anyone knows of a resource for blanks!

I will let you know how it turns out.

Thanks!
