I have been searching for (reasonably priced) blank ladies halter tops for over a year. Specifically, the scoop neck front, half back, tie around neck halters.
I found one site but the prices are too high and their wholesale/bulk prices are not attractive either.
I searched this forum and followed the posts to sites where it was believed halter tops were sold - but I could not locate any halters. Can anyone assist? This is such a hot item. I've even searched B2B sites (i.e. Alibaba). MOQ to have the tops manufactured are too high. Any help would be appreciated.

I am looking for slim fit halter top polo style shirts for women. I would prefer wholesale price of course. Polo and Lilly Pulizer are the two that keep coming up but of course they are expensive. Help?
