Default Hanes 5590 Pockets crooked?

Anyone had this issue? I have an order for a customer of ~800 t-shirts with base product Hanes 5590 pocket tees (not cheap at ~3.50/ea). In a single box of 72 I have had 3 that are very noticeably crooked. This is NOT acceptable .

I primarily use Gildan/Jerzee Tees depending on colors needed, and occasionally have used port authority for bigger sizes. I've never had this much of an issue, and never used Hanes apparel before. Anyone else had this type of quality control from such a big name? I'll be calling Sanmar on Monday when they are open. I'm glad this order wasn't a "last minute" type deal, because I would be in a huge bind!

I've had some Hanes beefy that were cut differently where the sleeve joins the body but it was not that noticable. I've had Gildans too, same size and colour but they were both different shapes! I order some Jerzees a while back in medium and they were more like an extra small, I could only just squeeze into them and they were too short, looked like a crop top, which is not my style , they must have had the wrong label.

I suppose it's expected when they make as many t-shirts as they do that some will be a bit off. The pockets are a different matter, they should have been picked up.

I have found lots of problems with Gildan sweatshirts. enough that I tried to switch brands. But I have found problems with most. If you order enough of one kind the problems show up

I have to admit if I was making under a $1.00 per hour I might now care enough to be careful either.

But the attitude of the company is what irritated me

I haven't had any issues with Gildan or Jerzee tshirts/sweatshirts. A slight imperfection on a pocket is hardly noticable, as it is low without any printing on it 90% of the time. I am doing a pocket logo on the right side (~4x10") opposite the pocket. If the pocket is very crooked, then I am left with an image straight, accenting the crooked pocket . We'll see how many turn into "acceptable" crooked, and how many are horrible. We've had quite a few bad ones thus far (1/2 way through our 800ish).
