I need help finding a blank trucker cap with an American flag affixed to the side. Otto didn't seem to be much help.

Any ideas?

Also, I was recently looking at a foam trucker hat that I really liked because the logo on the crown was done in that really old school puffy paint.

Does anyone know how to pull that style of imprint off?

Not sure on the quanitity yet. I'd say ball park 200.

I need to screen or embroider my clients logo on the bridge, so I was ideally hoping to find a supplier that could get me the blanks, with a small flag emblem already affixed to the side, which I could then further customize.

This client worked with Cabelas on a similar hat last year, and I'm sure he could just as easily go back to them for another round but he is giving us a shot first. I can't imagine using Cabelas for custom gear is too cost effective.

Anyway . . . It's funny how many suppliers offer these elaborate, fully sublimated from panel to bill, gaudy flag hats . . . but a nice simple applique patch on the side has been really hard for me to find!
