What are the differences between them? Sleeve length? Durability? Softness? Length? Just wondering what you guys thought about these two brands. If you have another blank that compares with these, I'd love to hear it.
tultex comes close and for the price it is an easy choice. the ol you get what you pay for comes into play. tultex, and this is just my opinion... washes up funny sometimes.
bottom line for me:
tultex is a cheap alternative but aa is the better shirt.
American Apparel is better, but then again it's twice as much. I think the AA is softer. As for the fit they're pretty darn similar. The tultex do sometimes wash up funny...I think it's the neckline. The American Apparel is probably just sewn better. I like the Alstyle fitted tee as well.
I ordered a Tultex hoodie sample and it shrank over a full size the first wash. I never considered their shirts afterward. I have been selling Alstyles and people really love them.
i agree with 'kidsushi' imo aa is a much better shirt. Tulex washes funny + comes with tons of stray and loose strings. I don't think they are stiched as well as aa.
really? I've never ordered with their shirts before but I thought they had a pretty good rep. Are these malfunctions a rare occasion or does this happen alot? Thanks for the feedback guys

I've ordered tultex twice, about 7 dozen total and I had these issues with most of the shirts. Granted, it's hard to compromise once you've used aa (great quality and my customers love them!) however in this case you totally get what you pay for. Good Luck!
We use both, for girls tee's we love aa, they are much more expensive but its very time consuming when we have to cut the tags by hand our tee's are tagless with a print on the inside, for guys tee's we use tultex and aa, tultex tags are tear-away so it saves hell of a time. AA and Tultex sizes are very similar, softness of both tees is the same, tultex maybe is even softer after washing. AA tee's are a little better but more expensive, tultex tee's are pretty good for the price but a little less expensive, If your'e just starting, save yourself some money and buy tultex, best way for you to decide is buy one of each same size and wash them 10 times, wear them then you decide. We Like both both are great. Always test the product that youre going to sell since this is more about your customers, its easy to make one sale to a customer but to get repeat customer is much harder, if you sell them Guildian tee's they won't ever come back if you sell them tultex or aa youre guaranteed a repeat customer.
ya we print tagless tees also, so I figured that might be a bonus. I think the best thing for me to do would be to order some samples of the two brands.
Does anyone have any other brands they'd like to recomend that compare with these two?
how about pacific sports? I know rodney's and a few others have suggested them, but how do they compare to other brands. Is their fit similar to aa and are they quality tees?
