Hi,

Am about to order some t-shirts for a large-ish print job, what I'm trying to figure out is how man extra t-shirts should I order.

The customer wants various colours and sizes of t-shirts and hoodies printed with the same design, there are 10 of each colour and size, which is good because the t-shirts and hoodies come in packs of 10.

What i'm unsure of is how many extra t-shirts and hoodies to order in each size and colour. I'm more concerned about the hoodies really. If I order say 2 extra of each colour and size it will cost a lot of money, and what would I do with them if I dont need to use them?

How many spoils do you have on your normal sized jobs? Do they always occur at he start of a job or no? If not, just extrapolate. If yes, then expect the same number of spoils as your normal sized jobs.
