I have a customer who is requesting sweatshop free neon tees/v-necks, however American Apparel does not offer them anymore. They are looking at neon green mainly. Any suggestions?
I know Gildan and Anvil can pump out some pretty low costing tanks, but those are made overseas.

You would need to start with a blank t-shirt made by a manufacturer the client was comfortable with and have it contract dyed.
You would also need to know if the client needed a true pigment dyed neon or wanted a bright color reactive dyed garment.
