Default Closeout shirts?

Hi happened to go to a flea market last weekend and there was a vendor there selling golf shirts and t-shirts.

The golf shirts and t-shirts were typical brands from blank good suppliers such as Al-style, Devon and Jones, Gildan, Anvil, Harriton.

I was picking his brain.

He was selling golf shirts for $3 each and t-shirts for $2.50 each.

He said he pays $1.50 for the golf shirts and $1.25 for the t-shirts(al-style, gildan, anvil).

I contacted many of the blank good suppliers to see about this pricing and they are not even close.

First how is this pricing possible?

And second if it is possible what avenues are out there to obtain this kind of pricing?

Marc

Ralawise in the uk sell overstock or discontinued lines at rock bottom prices, most of the time it must be less than they pay for the stock originally. There will be companies in the US that do the same.

Some vendors will have discontinued style section on their site. If these items can be picked up to avoid shipping charges you can get a good deal.
