I mentioned before that I just switched to TSC to buy most of our blanks. But after recently dropping the ball on us and giving us trouble with shipping delays, I'm fed up with them. Everytime I call, they have an attitude.
I had a rush order this week to fufill and promised to get the customer his 400 shirts by this Friday. I ordered the blanks last Wednesday, and called TSC to make sure of their shipping time. The batch should have came Monday. It didn't come Monday, so I called and they told me it would ship and arrive Thursday. (So I thought, that's horrible, but I can still print them overnight). I then call today and they don't have a tracking # for me and they can't even explain to me what happened. This isn't the first time this has happened with them.
I'm going back to using Bodek, I never had a problem with them (knock on wood). |
