i want to do 3D embroidery on the fitted hats and be able to sell them for 12-20 bux and make a little profit. Does any one know a company that does 3D embroidery i cant find any. I found some cheap fitted hats on ebay but they dont embroider 3D. I dont want to go through china because they have 300 minimums and it costs alot with getting it in the us legally and what not

3D requires a lot of stitching and extra density. Ensure you are getting decent quality hats that won't get eaten up or lose registration during the process. A vendor might not want to sew on your hats since they cannot guarantee the out come. All the best.
