This is a rant about them. I ordered 2 cases S-L and 3 cases XL of PM30. A few days later they email me telling me that they don't have S and M. So I was like that's fine I'll just order that from Cygnus (this wasn't for a client or anything). I had already paid for the order at this time and ordered the S and M from Cygnus which was a breeze. So when I got the refund on paypal it included a message from them saying they only had one case of L so they refunded the other. I then had to order another case from Cygnus which added more shipping costs since it was a separate order. Once my printer got everything, they printed and sent them to me. When I got them the XLs on the tags had white on them, like it was a XXL and one Xs was whited out. The XLs looked way larger than normal. That is some seriously shady business activity. I should upload a picture of the tag, maybe do that tonight.

If you don't have the damn product you should tell me before I put an order in and pay you!

Anyone else had a ridiculous experience when them, I like the shirts a lot, but I don't think I will ever order from them again.

It's not uncommon when ordering direct from a manufacturer that they sometimes run out of stock in certain size/color/style combinations.

That does seem weird. Maybe you could contact them and ask them why the labels looked like that. If they were the wrong size, I'm sure you can get a refund or get the issue resolved with them.

It had a white mark on every single XL tag right next the first XL, just like if you were whiting it out.

I had talked with them to check stock and they were like yes we have everything, so I paid right then. Then 3 days later they tell me this. Then telling me on the paypal refund in a comment are you serious what kind of communication is that. If they had told me they didn't have one case of large I would have rather canceled the whole order. Rather get all the shirts from one location, so they are the same shade. Not a big deal on this order but on others it is and they had no idea of knowing that.

And about contacting them, they will always just answer the first question I have in an email and none of the others. On everything single email I have sent them that has more than 1 question they do that. I just prefer not to deal with them anymore. It was my first non sample order from them, I would expect them to provide some level of customer service.

I have friends who usually wear XL and the XL is very large on them.
