I had talked with them to check stock and they were like yes we have everything, so I paid right then. Then 3 days later they tell me this. Then telling me on the paypal refund in a comment are you serious what kind of communication is that. If they had told me they didn't have one case of large I would have rather canceled the whole order. Rather get all the shirts from one location, so they are the same shade. Not a big deal on this order but on others it is and they had no idea of knowing that.
And about contacting them, they will always just answer the first question I have in an email and none of the others. On everything single email I have sent them that has more than 1 question they do that. I just prefer not to deal with them anymore. It was my first non sample order from them, I would expect them to provide some level of customer service.
I have friends who usually wear XL and the XL is very large on them.
