I am planning to start printing some of my designs on t-shirts and I've heard that American Apparel has great t-shirts (i've had some of their shirts and they feel great).
The only problem I have is the fact that I don't have any tax number etc. yet, and I'm looking to get about 50 t-shirts (s,m,l,xl) sent to the Netherlands. Anybody who knows places where I can get it?

You'll probably need to wait until you have all the business things taken care of so you can register directly with them or one of their distributors.
But there isn't a way to order about 50 t-shirts (from any brand then), without having to be a company first? I first want to try out and print some for myself and my friends before I decide to take this serious

Most blank wholesalers tend to want to sell "wholesale" only to verified companies. That way, you don't get consumers trying to get blank t-shirts for a low price.
I don't know if they ship to the Netherlands, but there are a few blank t-shirt wholesalers who don't require taxid info:
