Default Monag comparison to AA

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me on finding out what Monag shirts are like in comparison to AA.

We currently use AA and are very happy with them, however as one wholesale supplier is no longer supplying the one that does is charging considerably more.

We are considering Monag but as no one sells them in Australia we are unable to see them quite so easily.

So was wondering if anyone can tell me how they stack up in terms of quality, sizing and shape? Are they comparable? We have got a sample of Bella and whilst they are fine, find they aren't quite as good as AA?

Thanks

I use the monag infant wear and love them. Are you looking for adult shirts or kids wear? I havent tried any of the adult stuff although Rodney did say he likes one of the mens shirts they carry. I have been using their kids stuff for several years and love the quality, they are all ringspun interlock cotton that is really nice. The only problem I have with monag is that when ordering, their inventory is not always accurate, So I might order something and then I dont find out till I recieve my order, that they didnt have it. That is the one thing with them that drives me crazy. Its one of those things I put up with though because nobody else has the smaller sizes such as 0 to 3 months and all the colors they have. I guess there is always good and bad every where, and I have yet to find any other wholesaler that can beat their quality of infant wear.

Thank you sunnydayz I am after the infant range so that is good to know. The inventory would be a hassle when we have to get it sent all the way over here, but as the cost would be considerably less than buying AA here it might be something we would have to manage with.

Would you say the quality is on par with AA in terms of thickness and softness of feel?

The thickness of monag is actually thicker then the American Apparel. They are super nice and super soft. I would just make sure that when you order to ask if the items are in stock. I myself do printing so its a pain when they send me a partial order. I tell them they should let customers know since sometimes if you are printing an order for someone, part of it doesnt do any good haha Oh well it is the one thing I have learned to check, but other then that they have great garments. Usually their standard items are in stock. I have only had this happen with things like jean jackets and such. But most of the standard baby items are usually in good stock.

Oh great, thanks so much, that will make life easier than getting samples sent over and taking another couple of months before all that is figured out as at least we have an idea now.
