Thin is in? I was, possibly wrong, thinking people would like the heaver shirts for durability and long wearing. What are the weights, in ounces please, that everyone sells the most of in what styles. This is a question in my mind for a while. I'm not gotten all my equipment yet so I figure I have time to figure it out. Was gonna just go to wally world and feel the different types/weights of fabric, but asking here will be a better way to get information. It has been with all the other questions I've had. I'm sure I'll have many more as reading through posts either reminds me of things I've questioned in my mind or shows me questions I should have asked that I haven't even thought of.

I think it still depends on your market. Some t-shirts are lightweight and some markets still prefer heavyweight t-shirts.

I myself am not a fan of lightweight t-shirts and I live in a hot climate

I sell mostly 6 oz shirts...usually Gildan Ultra Cottons. However, the more fashion oriented designs will tend towards the lighter weights. We do alot of the basic tees for youth groups, family reunions, businesses, etc.
