Any particular style of blank? I mean, what is the look you are designing for?
Well, there is a lot to a tshirt besides what goes on it. Are you looking for a vintage style look? A crisp and clean look? A "beat up" (small tears collar & sleeves) look? What kind of fit? Long and tall (fubu), or a tighter style? What kind of thickness? The thick heaveyweights? or the thinner alternative?
There is a lot to think about before you print your shirts other then where it is made, although that is a criteria as well. :-)

But, basically, are you desigining for an urban market, a teenage market, do you need a vintage style/distressed T, are you designing for a sports market, do you need a fashion T, etc? Those different markets or styles all require different kinds of t-shirts.
