Re: poly/cotton or 100% cotton Actually 100% cotton is cheaper than a 50/50 basic white tee when comparing actual fabric weights. Jerzees make a 5.6 cotton and a 5.6 50/50 and the cotton is less expensive. My supplier doesnt carry any 6.0 or 6.1 oz 50/50 tees.

Re: poly/cotton or 100% cotton Generally 50/50 is cheaper, although I don't recall off the top of my head if that is the case with, say, American Apparel. But the fact is the price difference is negligible, so it makes more sense to buy one or the other because of customer preference, rather than cost.

Re: poly/cotton or 100% cotton I use and prefer 50/50. They are about the same cost but the 50/50 has a softer feel and seems to hold a better print. I like Jerzees 29M for a good standard t shirt.

Re: poly/cotton or 100% cotton Stay away from AAA 100% cotton. They feel like a burlap sack.

Re: poly/cotton or 100% cotton - which is less expensive? 100% cotton is cheaper for us. Poly (plastic) is made from petroleum and with the oil prices skyrocketing cotton is going to be a lot cheaper in the future. -Edski
